Imagine that you are Mr Mandela and you are in prison.

Imagine that you are Mr Mandela and you are in prison.

Sad lonely have nothing to do. Don’t have home-cooked food. Sitting on a corner in the dark prison cell. It feels like a cage i can never get out.

  2. Kia ora Riya,

I really like this journal entry you have written from Mr Mandela’s perspective. I like how you have described sitting in a corner of a dark prison cell and that it feels like a cage. I can definitely imagine a prison cell feeling exactly like you described. I think he would have been very sad and lonely too.

I can tell you have really thought about what it would have been like for Mr Mandela. I am impressed by your ideas and you writing too. Well done!

Do you think he would have missed the outside world? What do you think he would have missed the most?
