Learning the time

We have been learning about time. We got these paper clocks and the teacher says a time and then we have to make the time that he says. A time like 12.20. We are learning about time because it is important to know the time and it was really fun to learn about time. Sometimes it is a bit challenging to learn it because I get a bit muddled trying to figure out the right time.  How do you go with time? 

My map

We learnt how to use Google MyMaps and then we got to look closely at our own environment and locate landmarks. For each landmark we found we had to name it, write something about it and find an image of it so that the pin on our map had information on it. This is my finished map of Kumara. Have you ever used MyMaps to locate places in your community?

Graphs are cool

We collected data and then we put it on a Google Spreadsheet and pushed the bar graph button to make a graph. It was fun.
